Marc trains and competes in CrossFit, and can't see himself stopping anytime soon.

He spent more than 10 years playing rugby union at a number of different levels in Australia and overseas before being forced to take time off due to injury in 2011. It was during this lengthy time on the sidelines that he stumbled across the world of Crossfit and quickly fell in love with the sport and the amazing community of people involved.

Shelby is a motivated and determined young woman who has a passion for CrossFit.

She played soccer for 8 years before discovering CrossFit. Shelby played in the Women's Premier League and made the country team for the Nationals in consecutive years. As well as making the shadow squad for the Australlian Girls team. Shelby has excelled in many sports throughout her life. Shelby trains hard in the gym. She is proud to be a trainer and a fellow CrossFit team member, and aims to help and inspire others on their own CrossFit journey.

As a trainer she enables people to do things they once saw as unattainable and helps them in setting new goals that were previously unthinkable. Ben has competed as an endurance athlete and a strength athlete but since the first time he did a crossfit workout in 2009 he was hooked.

Ever since that first CrossFit workout his approach to training has changed from seeing the vast improvement utilising the crossfit methodology and support of the community. Ben has been coached by Glenn Pendlay of Muscle Driver USA and Jarred Fleming of the USA Olympic weight lifting team.
