There is nothing daunting about starting with CrossFit. There is no need for some newcommers to be intimidated by words and phrases such as 'olympic lifting' or 'gymnastics' as the reality is you will not be performing functions beyond your current skill and fitness levels - but you will be able to work towards and achieve these advanced skills if desired.
